A visit from down under

A little after the New Year we were blessed from a visit from Inez and Rafael. They were on vacation and came to visit Grandma Chris, Jo and Papa. Being from Australia we have not seen them since the Christmas of 2006 when we had been pregnant with Kaylie for 8 weeks so seeing our now 3 1/2 year old was incredibly special to us. Thanks for taking the time to come and see us. It really meant the world to us!

Kaylie ended up loving our company. She did not want to leave their sides. She was sad to see them go.

Children's Aquarium

"Hi Mr. Turtle. You are my new friend."

"Until...you decide to pop up out of the water. Then..."

"I will freak out and literally jump into grandma's arms." Thankfully grandma was their to catch her. She was done with Mr. Turtle after that.

This turtle was huge and looked like a gigantic rock.

Outside feeding aquarium. This was our favorite part of the entire thing. The fish were huge.
