Umm...ouch!!!

Apparently she is sweet because the mosquitoes had a hay day with her.  She had a bunch on the front of her legs as well.  Poor thing was absolutely miserable for a good two days.

Pretty Princess

We decided to spend some time playing games.  One of our new games is Pretty Pretty Princess.  She creamed me at it.  I like knowing when she actually beats me fair and square. 

Easter 2012

Someone must have been very good because the Easter bunny came with a lot of goodies for our baby girl.

Loving on Papa

She seems to really enjoy playing the piano.  I think this is something we may have to pursue later on down the line.

She actually set the table linens and silverware.  I was pretty impressed with her.  as you can see she was proud of herself.

Turned around to see her dressing her doll Marie up.  The outfit is her pumpkin costume from when she was 6 months old.  The rest is her soccer gear. 

Easter party and performance

After the egg hunt we went back to Kaylie's classroom for her party and performance.  They enjoyed several crafts, treats, and of course learning about the meaning of Easter.  We finished our afternoon with an Easter performance.  She is definitely a performer.

School Egg Hunt

Each year Kaylie's school does an Easter egg hunt.  They give them an egg carton numbered 1 to 12 and they go and find an egg with the coordinating number on it.  I was pretty impressed with Kaylie.  She did a great job finding her eggs and finished pretty quickly.

Braving the storm

Shiner huddled in the closet covered in a thick blanket during a tornado warning. Actually seemed to work a little better than normal.

Comfy Cozy

Snuggle time with cousin Garrett and bed time with Great Grandma Joey.  She did so well sleeping in Joey's bed with her.  Every once in awhile Kaylie would try and play princess of the bed and knock Jo to the edge.  Thankfully, Jo didn't seem to mind toooo much.

Dress Up

While trying to find some new clothes Kaylie asked if she could take some things into another room to try on.  This is how she came out.  I absolutely love her imagination!
